How our pest control service works

Our pest control technicians are highly experienced professionals who respond quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss to permanently rid you of pests in your property.

Step 1: Call the PGS office and speak to a member of our friendly customer services team, alternatively you can contact us through the website or request that we call you back - we're always happy to do so.

Step 2: Discuss your pest control requirements with us and we will suggest a course of action. Where appropriate we'll arrange to send an experienced pest control technician to your property.

Step 3: When one of our technicians visits your property he will survey the site, make an assessment and provide you with details of the proposed treatment and the costs involved.

Step 4: On completion of the treatment our technician will explain what action needs to be taken in order to ensure that the pests do not return.

Throughout the process our customer services team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and help with any aspect of the pest control services that we provide.

Charging structure

Our charges are completely transparent, and we will inform you of the fees in advance of undertaking any work. For routine and one off treatments our charges are based on our half hourly charging system with prices starting from just £39.50 (+ VAT).
